General Data Protection Regulation
We kindly inform you that from 25.05.2018 the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of personal data of natural persons (“GDPR”) applies. In connection with the above, I inform you about the rules of processing your personal data, as well as your rights in connection with the use of my services.
As stated in the above-expressed permission to the processing of personal data, the data controller is:

In order to deliver services connected to the signing of a contract for training, auditing, consulting, or management system implementation, as well as to submit an offer for the aforementioned services, personal data will be processed.
The basis for the processing of your personal data is the Act of 22 May 2003 on insurance activities (i.e. from 2010, Journal of Laws No. 11, item 66, as amended)
Your personal data protection rights are as follows:
- request access to personal data; the data subject is entitled to obtain from QMS Kamil Niedek confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, if so, is entitled to access them. QMS Kamil Niedek will provide you on request with a copy of your personal data to be processed,
- right to rectification of personal data; you have the right to rectification of personal data which affects you and which is wrong. Taking into account the purposes of the processing,
- you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional statement,
- deletion of personal data (also known as the "right to be forgotten"): QMS Kamil Niedek is required by law to erase any personal information concerning to you immediately upon request, and you have the right to do so in situations where this is possible.
- restriction of the processing of your personal data; in this case, QMS Kamil Niedek will indicate to you such personal data, and their processing may be restricted only and exclusively to specific purposes,
- transfer of personal data; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you processed by QMS Kamil Niedek and you have the right to transfer this personal data to another entity,
- objection; in certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, and QMS Kamil Niedek may be obliged to stop processing such personal data.
- you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the Chairman of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities (e.g. tax and law enforcement authorities) authorized by law. The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
The data you provide is not subject to automated decision-making and will not be subject to profiling.
Personal data will be stored by QMS Kamil Niedek, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected, to fulfill the obligations arising from the provisions of law, maximum for the period of securing the materials necessary for legal proceedings and until the possible limitation of claims by you and QMS Kamil Niedek.
